While a member of the New Hampshire State Police was formally recognized, by the FBI, for the investigation, location and arrest of an “armed and dangerous” wanted fugitive, a major drug “kingpin”.
The investigative efforts of Mr. Healy were recognized as crucial and pivotal, in the NH Supreme Court Decision: Mathews V Mathews , a child custody case, wherein physical custody was awarded to our client, the father of the children.

Our investigative efforts (March 2001), in a federal criminal case, were crucial in providing defense counsel with the information necessary to obtain a dismissal, before the case was given to the jury.
A defendant, who had been incarcerated for six months, pending high bail, was released by the Court (August 2002) on PR bail, after the result of our investigation, into both the victim and the crime, were introduced at a hearing. Mr. Healy is the only licensed private investigator providing instruction at the NH Police Standards and Training In-Service Academy for Law Enforcement Officers.
A “nanny” who felt her employer knew a bit too much about her, consulted LIS for advice. After an interview, she was instructed what to look for, in her basement apartment. She located cameras in her employer supplied bedside clock and VCR. The employer was arrested. (2002)
