Why should you consider LIS to meet your investigative needs?
There are three ways to select an expert, in any field: Geographically and you have to take what is available; by the lowest rate, where you “get what you pay for”, and by the most qualified. My experience, training, and professional standing clearly demonstrate why you should consider LIS services to meet the needs of your clients.
You are dealing with a professional. My colleagues have elected me to leadership positions, locally and regionally. I am the Past President of the New Hampshire League of Investigators, Inc and the New England Council of State Investigator Associations. BENEFITS OF USING LIS When you deal with LIS you speak with a licensed private investigator. You will not speak with office personnel who are not qualified to answer your every question and concern. Furthermore, we do not hire trainees or anyone without the required experience handle any assignment with the highest degree of thoroughness and professionalism.
You get the benefit of my to gather information from numerous sources many investigators are not even aware of. I am frequently called upon to consult with other investigators, providing solutions for their clients. I have conducted training for private sector and law enforcement investigators in four New England States, New York, as well as for the Vermont Attorney General, and the Paralegal Association of New Hampshire. BONDED AND INSURED I am bonded ($ 50,000.00) and insured. The bond is required by law. Insurance is not mandatory in New Hampshire. Our research shows that most licensed investigators only carry the mandatory bond. FORMER PROSECUTOR You benefit from my experience as a District Court Prosecutor (NH State Police) and a Director of the New Hampshire Police Prosecutor’s Association, I have the training and experience in courtroom testimony, procedural matters, Court Rules and the Rules of Evidence. All investigations are undertaken with this in mind. I have presented testimony on the District, Superior and Federal Courts, as well as a variety of Administrative forums.

Your investigations will not be handled by “employee” license holders (which requires no experience in NH).
