Some of Our Case Results

 

CHILD SUPPORT: A single mother in Florida could not collect child support from her ex-husband. He told the state of New Hampshire he was unemployed. Our investigation found him working as a restaurant manager. He was ordered to pay $38,000. in back support.

 

In another case our investigation documented, with video, that the wife had a full time live in companion. She had told the Court she lived alone and needed more support. Our client’s support obligations were reduced!

 

CHILD CUSTODY: A young man, a drug addict, disappeared from Wyoming with his one year old son. It was known he had family in New Hampshire. We located his family and them we located him. A court order was obtained and the baby returned to the mother when she arrived in New Hampshire. This was done in 36 hours.

 

CHILD CUSTODY: The Supreme Court in Mathews V Mathews recognized our investigation in a custody case when we proved a single mom was leaving her two young children alone, almost every night, visiting a boy friend. We located the boyfriend and obtained video evidence.

 

CHILD WELFARE: An 18 year old left her home in New Jersey and came to NH to be with a friend. She did not tell her patents she was leaving. She would not answer e-mails or calls from her parents. We located the home she was staying at. She left the house, in a disguise, and our investigator followed her to Massachusetts, where he got close up video to show the parents she is fine.

 

REPOSSESSION: A New Hampshire bank asked us to locate very expensive collateral being hidden by the debtor. We developed several informants and found the collateral as it was about to be sold.

 

A New Hampshire car dealer lost a vehicle leased to a salesman. We traced the salesman to Florida and then to New Jersey. We located the car,. It had been abandoned in a parking lot in Florida.

 

CRIMINAL DEFENSE: Our client was being held on high bail in a rape case. When we determined the “victim” had made prior, identical, allegations against three other men, his bail was reduced.

 

Our investigation revealed the witness in a rape case was less than credible. The prosecutor agreed and Nol Prossed the case against the seventeen year old man accused of rape,

 

ADOPTION: When another investigator was not able to locate the birth mother in an adoption case, it was referred to our agency. We identified her and located her in Florida and she was flown to New Hampshire for a reunion with her son.

 

INSURANCE  LIABILITY: An insurance company, in a motor vehicle fatality, refused coverage, stating the operator used the vehicle without permission. We developed numerous witness and written statements that the operator drove the vehicle daily and with permission. The case settled out of court.

 

We located one witness not known to the police or any other party, in an insurance case.  A car accident involving a commercial vehicle. The client was paralyzed for life. The case settled or just over seven million dollars.

 

While investigating a dram shop liability case that involved a motor vehicle fatality we were able to locate several witnesses not known to the police investigating the accident.

 

DIVORCE: Our investigation in a divorce case revealed the wife had another name and was still legally married in another state. She did not tell her current husband about this. We identified her real name, and located the other husband.

 

An estranged father asked us to locate sons he had not seen in twenty years. We located both and asked them to contact the client. They did and were reunited.

 

UNUSUAL CASE: A New  Hampshire man asked us to locate a daughter he had never met. He had corresponded with her for several years, receiving her pictures and sending her money for school. We determined she did not exist, the pictures and notes were sent to him by the mother.
