Litigation Intelligence Services, LLC is owned and operated by John and Muriel Healy. We are centrally located, in Warner, New Hampshire, just outside the state capitol of Concord.

Mr. Healy, a Certified Master Investigator (CMI), retired from the NH State Police at the rank of Lieutenant. He received his LE training through the NH Police Academy, the NH State Police, the NESPAC NCO Academy, the FBI Executive Development Program, the US Marshall’s Service, and the US Secret Service and St. Anselm College. Prior to that, he earned a degree in Electronic Engineering.

Mr. Healy is the Past President, of the NH League of Investigators, Inc. and one of the authors of it’s Code of Ethics, and directs it’s training seminar program. He is the Past President of the New England Council of State Investigator Associations and is a former Director of the NH Police Prosecutor’s Association.
He was a long time member of the Adjunct Faculty of a local college, where he taught Computer Courses. Mr. Healy has lectured to investigators, and law enforcement, New England wide, on computers and the investigative process.
